The Incognitee User Test Campaign is Now Live!

In an age where digital privacy is becoming increasingly elusive, finding effective tools to safeguard one’s online activities is paramount. Incognitee emerges as a promising solution, offering enhanced privacy and security. From anonymous transfer to anonymous voting, this platform aims to empower users with control over their digital footprint.

We are excited to kickstart the Incognitee user beta test campaign, which is now live and available for everyone to try out! The purpose of this campaign is to have a large number of people try it out in parallel and continuously over the course of two weeks to test the boundaries. We want to make sure everything is running smoothly in various tests that we will conduct in the next weeks before officially launching it in the next months. This is why we are counting on our community to give us feedback on your experience. Your opinion matters and is relevant to the development of Incognitee.

The only thing you need to do is access https://try.incognitee.io/ and follow these steps.

1️⃣ Click the “Create a Wallet” button to to create your Paseo and Incognitee wallet address. After that, click “Copy your address” and “Get Free PAS Tokens” next.
The Paseo Faucet page will open. Paste the address you previously copied, complete the reCAPTCHA, and “Get Some PAS” to top up you Paseo wallet with 100 PAS.
2️⃣ Go back to Incognitee’s page — you’ll notice your Paseo balance is now 100,0000 PAS. Now, click the “Shield PAS to Incognitee”. This means you’re transferring PAS from the Paseo L1 (public) to the Incognitee L2 (private) account. If your attempt was successful, you should see the following message: “😀 Finalized. You should see your Incognitee balance increase in seconds. Please proceed to the next tab and invite a friend”.
3️⃣ Click on “Invite” | “Invite Friend”, and you’ll see a decrease of 10% in your Incognitee balance. This went directly and fully private on another wallet address that you just created in the background. You can now share this new wallet with a friend and invite him to test as well.
4️⃣ Next up is “Unshield Funds”. You just transferred 30% of your Incognitee L2 balance to your Paseo L1 wallet.
5️⃣ Congrats! You just performed your first private transfer with Incognitee. To enter the race for juicy prizes (500$, 200$, and 50$ in TEER, respectively), you need to post your achievement on one of the social media networks we provide on step 5, Share.

Why Incognitee Matters

Private transactions encrypt the details of transactions, including the amount and parties involved. This ensures that while transaction proofs are still recorded on the public ledger, the specific details remain confidential. Integritee’s private sidechain model represents a significant leap forward in the quest for enhanced scalability and privacy in digital transactions. By combining the transparency of a public ledger with the privacy of TEEs, Integritee offers a unique solution. As industries continue to embrace blockchain technology, the adoption of innovative models like Integritee’s private sidechain will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of private transactions.

Whether you’re a privacy-conscious consumer, a business professional, or simply someone who values their digital autonomy, Incognitee offers a sanctuary where privacy is paramount and security is non-negotiable.
